I recently purchased the White Gold Green Diamond Droplet Pendant from this incredible bespoke jewellery business, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Alexander, who I dealt with directly, was outstanding – knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about his craft. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and ensured the final piece was nothing short of perfect. The pendant itself is absolutely stunning – beautifully designed, exquisitely made, and even more striking in person than I imagined.

Wonderful service from wonderful people who clearly have passion for what they do! I wanted to have a bespoke piece of jewellery made for my wife’s birthday and to be honest I didn’t know where to start, I just knew I wanted something with a vivid blue diamond, Hinch and Liu asked questions around my wife’s behaviours and relevant questions to help understand my wife’s taste etc, I then received a few examples and chose one which I thought my wife would love! I made the order and I was promised that it would be ready to collect before the 4th November and Hinch and Liu delivered on that promise meeting me on a Sunday to collect and Wow it was worth every penny to see my wife’s face on her birthday.
