HumanRights & Labour Standards
We respect and uphold the Universal Declaration of Human
     Rights and the International Labour Organization (ILO) Core
     Conventions.
All workers must be employed voluntarily, with no use of
     forced, bonded, or child labour.
Workers must be free from discrimination on the basis of
     gender, race, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or political
     opinion.
Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining
     must be respected.

Fair Pay & Working Conditions
All workers must receive at least the legal minimum wage.
Working hours must comply with local laws and not exceed
     internationally recognised limits.
Overtime must be voluntary, fairly compensated, and not
     excessive.
Safe, healthy, and dignified working environments must be
     provided, with appropriate protections against accidents and hazards.

Responsible Sourcing of Materials
Materials used in our jewellery must be sourced responsibly,
     with due diligence to avoid conflict minerals, environmental harm, or
     human rights abuses.
Precious metals, gemstones, and other materials must be
     traceable, with documentary evidence provided by suppliers.

Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers must work to reduce waste, emissions, and water use,
     and comply with all applicable environmental regulations.
Harmful substances must be responsibly managed to avoid damage
     to people or ecosystems.

Monitoring & Compliance
We require signed guarantees from suppliers affirming
     compliance with this policy.
We conduct site visits, audits, and regular dialogue with
     partners to verify adherence.
Non-compliance will result in corrective action plans, and in
     cases of serious breach, suspension or termination of business
     relationships.

Transparency& Continuous Improvement
We commit to reporting on our due diligence efforts openly and
     honestly.
We work collaboratively with suppliers to raise standards and
     support continuous improvement.
Grievance Mechanism
Any worker, stakeholder, or third party may raise concerns confidentially through our grievance channels.
All concerns will be investigated promptly, fairly, and without retaliation.
