Responsible Sourcing of Materials
Materials used in our jewellery must be sourced responsibly, with due diligence to avoid conflict minerals, environmental harm, or human rights abuses.
Precious metals, gemstones, and other materials must be traceable, with documentary evidence provided by suppliers.

Suppliers must work to reduce waste, emissions, and water use, and comply with all applicable environmental regulations.
Harmful substances must be responsibly managed to avoid damage to people or ecosystems.

Monitoring & Compliance
We require signed guarantees from suppliers affirming compliance with this policy.
We conduct site visits, audits, and regular dialogue with partners to verify adherence.
Non-compliance will result in corrective action plans, and in cases of serious breach, suspension or termination of business relationships.

We commit to reporting on our due diligence efforts openly and honestly.
We work collaboratively with suppliers to raise standards and support continuous improvement.
Grievance Mechanism
Any worker, stakeholder, or third party may raise concerns confidentially through our grievance channels.
