I wanted to have a bespoke piece of jewellery made for my wife’s birthday and to be honest I didn’t know where to start, I just knew I wanted something with a vivid blue diamond, Hinch and Liu asked questions around my wife’s behaviours and relevant questions to help understand my wife’s taste etc, I then received a few examples and chose one which I thought my wife would love! I made the order and I was promised that it would be ready to collect before the 4th November and Hinch and Liu delivered on that promise meeting me on a Sunday to collect and Wow it was worth every penny to see my wife’s face on her birthday.
